The Role
Our Senior Organizers run the floor on install and move days. In this role, you take direct responsibility for bringing a project across the finish line: leading major spaces like kitchens and primary closets, guiding associate organizers, and keeping the day moving smoothly so clients walk into a completely finished home.
What You’ll Do
Lead Key Spaces: Take charge of primary rooms from start to finish, organizing layouts, dialing in storage, and styling details.
Guide the Team: Direct associate organizers on-site with clear communication, keeping everyone focused and working efficiently together.
Make On-the-Spot Decisions: Solve spatial quirks and adjust placement plans on the fly when layouts or cabinet dimensions don't go as expected.
Client & Home Point of Contact: Check in with clients, movers, or building staff warmly and professionally throughout the day.
Final Quality Check: Ensure all boxes and packing debris are cleared, supplies are packed up, and every room is truly finished before handing the space back to the homeowner.
What We Look For
2+ years of hands-on experience leading organizing projects, move-ins, or residential design installs.
A strong track record of running on-site teams and keeping multi-room projects on schedule.
Exceptional spatial instincts and the confidence to figure out practical storage solutions without hand-holding.
Total discretion, warmth, and composure in private residences.
Physical Requirements
Ability to comfortably lift, carry, and maneuver up to 30 lbs.
Comfort being on your feet, climbing step stools, and staying active throughout dynamic install days.
